Return Policy

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, a refund cannot be offered. Your order date can be found in your email confirmation that was received upon the initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and original packaging. NOTE a 20% restocking fee will apply

PRE-BUILT HEADLIGHTS/CUSTOM ITEMS CANCELLATION 

Before placing an order for a custom item, please make sure you are purchasing the correct item/part for your vehicle. Lit Lightz will not accept any cancellations or returns for custom items i.e pre-built headlights, fogs, side fender garnishes.

Once the order is placed for the custom item, you may not cancel the order, even if work has not started yet. 

BEFORE PROCESSING A RETURN 

All returns must be correctly processed through support@litlightz.com  

  • By issuing a return to Lit Lightz, you agree to the terms of the Return Policy.
  • The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return does not meet the criteria above, the return will be rejected and discarded by Lit Lightz, and a refund will not be issued.
  • Lit Lightz will not send back rejected items to the customer.
  • If you are returning a “gift,” you will need the zip code to the shipping address and order number used to place the order. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • If the order received free shipping, Lit Lightz would deduct the shipping amount from the total amount refunded.
  • Lit Lightz does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our business location.
  • If the items being return are received damaged, Lit Lightz will deducted the amount from the total refund. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported/emailed within five days of receipt with photos attached to support@litlightz.com. If not reported within five days, we will not issue replacements. Lit Lightz is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not release a new item outside of the 5-day window of receiving the item.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact support@litlightz.com. Within 5 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Considered “final sale” and may not be returned for store credit or a refund.

  • Custom Built items (Headlights, LED Boards, Fogs..etc.)
  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Exclusive Drops
  • Promotional Sale events, i.e. (Black Friday, Christmas)

PROCESS A RETURN: DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

By processing a return, you acknowledge and have read our entire Return Policy and understand the Terms. 

To begin the return process, please email support@litlight.com. Please include the order number, zip code to the shipping address, and which items you would like to return.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any brand new, unused products for a different style or size of equal or lesser value. Once the item is returned to Lit Lightz, we will inspect it and then send out the new desired product. Lit Lightz will not be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our return center, or the cost of shipping a new order once your return has been processed. 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS 

Lit Lightz reserves the right to define and limit, refuse solely, and reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving open items, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potentially fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Lit Lightz items sent to our return center without a return processed through support@litlightz.com. It will be discarded upon receipt and will not be refunded.

Similarly, Lit Lightz reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

FRAUD ORDERS

If our system detects fraud, the order will be canceled, and the amount of the order will be refunded back to the original payment method. Lit Lightz will email the customer to advise of the fraudulent order. He or she can provide identity verification by providing full name, full shipping address (picture can be blocked) to support@litlightz.com. 

Lit Lightz has the right to cancel any order that can be considered a liability to Lit Lightz LLC 

REFUNDS FOR RETURNS

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

If you used store credit or a gift card to make a purchase and returned items from your order, you will be refunded back on the store credit/gift card. There will be no monetary exchange for returned or canceled orders made with a store credit or a gift card
