Return Policy

 All sale items are, FINAL SALE, we will not accept a return after the order has shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@litlightz.com. 

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    Damaged items must be reported/emailed within five days of receipt with photos attached to support@litlightz.com. If not reported within 2 days, we will not issue replacements. Lit Lightz is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not release a new item outside of the 2-day window of receiving the item.

    If you have received an incorrect item, please contact support@litlightz.com. Within 2 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.

       

      RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS 

      Lit Lightz reserves the right to define and limit, refuse solely, and reject returns from customers at any time due to:

      • An irregular or excessive returns history involving open items, altered, laundered, damaged, missing items, or potentially fraudulent or criminal activity.
      • Lit Lightz items were sent to our return center without a return processed through support@litlightz.com. It will be discarded upon receipt and will not be refunded.

      Similarly, Lit Lightz reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. 

       

      Lit Lightz has the right to cancel any order that can be considered a liability to Lit Lightz LLC.
